Concept and Production:
This brochure was a sales tool for a complete science education product line including videodiscs, teacher study guides, and student assignments.
The cover photographer was Robert Gardner. The mountains in the background were simply a canvas drop cloth thrown over some chairs. I borrowed the huge moth from a friend whose son was a bug nut. The magnifying glass in the foreground was a separate shot and I used Photoshop to make the enlargement inside the lens. The earth was also added using Photoshop.
I designed a rough sketch for the inside illustration and then hired a finish illustrator to complete it. (looking for credit!)
